By signing up for our hosting and any other services you agree to be bond by the terms and conditions listed here.

Purple Hosts reserve the right to refuse, suspend cancel limit or disable access to any services provided by Purple Hosts

if any of its services have been misused or otherwise. We have the right to change, and on our terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with our terms and conditions.

General terms and conditions

Server Use

1. Purple Hosts reserve the right to refuse its services and access to its servers to anyone.

2. Prohibited content included, but is not limited to:

Duplicate Sites

Online Games

Spamming

Any adult content or links to such (adult toys as such allowed)

erotic images and lewd or obscene content

Illegal pirated content or links to such

Banner networks

3. We have the right to cancel or/and suspend your account or remove any material on our  servers that is inappropriate

at any time without explanation or/and prior notice.

4. Purple Hosts servers can only be used for hosting websites and not for:

Parking

File Sharing

File Storage

Empty Websites

Redirects

Doorways

Proxy

Download Sites

Video Sites

5. Your website has to be publicly available within 7days. We do not host privet websites (a privet website is a website

that requires registration to enter it). All other content that cannot be useful for a human visitor.

6. We will not be responsible for any kind of loss or damages you or your business may suffer from, also includes loss

of data, delays, viruses, removal of services, caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services, closed

or and deleted account's.

7.Purple Hosts reserve the right to move your data/website to a different server or location with no prior notice.

8. Purple Hosts does not allow on its servers excessive download content.

9. Sites must not use excessive amount of server resources. These include bandwidth, processor utilization and /or disk space.

10. Purple Hosts does not allow any kind of testing purposes to be used on its servers this is strictly not allowed.

Back-Ups

1. Purple Hosts are not responsible for any kind of loss of data/website. (a). We recommend you keep a back up of

your website on your Desk-top computer or better on a USB storage device. (b). Edit your website files off-line and then upload your updated website.

2. Lose of data will not or can not be retrieved by Purple Hosts, it is your responsibility to make the appropriate back-up

of your data/website.

3. Purple Hosts backs-up data on a weekly basis and can not guarantee hundred percent success and its accuracy in this process nor your website files/data being fully or partly up-to-date.

Hosting

1. Only English language websites are accepted a universal language.

2. We will do our best to create your hosting account within time limit and can not guarantee that your account will be

created within a time period.

3. All free hosting packages are subject to 7days, your site must be made publicly available within 7days from domain

activation date or else your hosting package/ account will be deleted from our database.

4. To ensure your hosting package is not lost we operate a positive renewal system on all our web hosting accounts you

will be notified in advance that your hosting is about to expire.

5. All hosting packages run for a period of one year and will need to be renewed. Not doing so your hosting package will

be permanently deleted from our database.

6. All hosting packages are part of a domain and will not be separated from the domain or domain separated from the hosting package, doing so the hosting package in question will be deleted.

7. Your web hosting can not be passed over to any body else, if you do not wish to keep the package you must cancel

your hosting package or your account via email.

8. You can not sell, rent, lease, donate, loan, or share your web space, any domains or any feature of our hosting account with any other party whatsoever.

9. The customer or client "you" has full responsibility for the content of the website. For the avoidance of doubt, Purple

Hosts is not obliged to monitor, and will have no liability for, the content of any communications transmitted by virtue

of the Services.

Your Details

1. You must keep your account details when signing up to any of our services correct, updated and valid at all times.

Not doing so will be an indication of our services to you are not required any longer by yourselves, as a result your

account may be disabled and deleted permanently without prior warning.

2. You must give your correct country or location where you are located. Not providing correct country or location where

you are located may result in your account being disabled and deleted without prior warning.

Canceling

1. You may cancel your account/ hosting package/ domain name at any time, you can cancel via emailing your

cancellation. Upon cancellation you will receive confirmation from us via email of your cancellation.

Domain names

1. Any Domains name registered by Purple Hosts on behalf of the customer remains the intellectual property of Purple

Hosts. All domain names registered by Purple Hosts are leased to the Customer at all times with no exceptions.

2. Any domain names with swear like words, raciest type words or trade mark like words will be refused.

3. Purple Hosts can not guarantee the availability of the domain name you selected for your use until registration is fully successful and in use.

4. To ensure your domains are not lost we operate a positive renewal system on all our hosting accounts - you will be

notified in advance that your domain is about to expire.

5. Free domain name must be signed up with hosting.

6. None free domain name is not a necessary need to be sighed up with hosting.

Domain Renewal

1. In the event that a renewal fee for the domain has not been paid prior to renewal date for that domain you will loss

your exclusive right to use that domain.

2. All payments must be made before expiry date of your domain name or else you risk losing it.

Refunds

1. All Domain registration fees charged for the domain and hosting are none refundable in any circumstances part or in whole.

2. Any services canceled by yourself will not be refunded the remaining time left and/ or your account being suspended, cancelled or deleted by Purple Hosts due to none compliance with our terms and conditions.

Graphical web stats

Warranty

Web Stats are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Templates

The templates are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied and we do not offer any type

of support for website templates.

Downloads

All downloads are provided as are and without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied and we do not offer any

type of support directly. Links may be provided to external support websites including for update downloads and you will

be responsible for all updates and security fixes to your website files.

Proxy

We do not allow proxy set-ups or connections or any sort of activity through remote connections of this sort on any of

our servers.

Links to external websites

Where links have been provided to external websites, they are provided on the bases of interest, when signing-up and/

or downloading to/ from external links/ sites you do so in your own interest and risk. We do not control third party web

sites or there services and you are bond to there terms and conditions when accepting there services.

Availability of the service

Availability of the hosting service relies on factors outside the control of Purple Hosts, including but not limited to power supply, telecommunications infrastructure, and the status of the internet as a whole. While every reasonable effort is

made to ensure the hosting service is available for the vast majority of the time, you acknowledge that Purple Hosts is unable to guarantee that supply service will be completely interruption-free. You further agree that Purple Hosts shall not

be liable for a disruption to your service.

Disclaimer

Purple Hosts will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Purple Hosts make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Purple Hosts disclaims any warrantee or merchantability or fitness for

a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Purple Hosts and its volunteers or employees. Purple Hosts reserve the right revise its policies at any time.
